How to be a good planner

As we all know that planning is very essential in the day to day activities to run smoothly. Today I gonna give you some short tips to help you to be a good planner.

What are the advantages of being a good planner?

When you take one hour in planning saves two hours in the implementation. It also saves you from procrastination as one among the causes of procrastination is poor planning abilities.

So how to plan more effectively?

 First, Plan towards your  goals; 

whatever you gonna plan always write down the list of goals which you want that plan to archieve. the more you state the goals clearly them more your plan will be effective.

Second, Set enough time interval between the planning time and the time of implementation; 

So the plans for tomorrow should be planned today, This will allow you to have enough room for you to get well prepared and your will have enough time in case of rescheduling the plan.

Third, Set enough time interval between one plan to another;

The transition time should be more reasonable this will help you to get enough time may be to rest for a will before going for another plan. Example lets say your first plan goes for two day so you should have 12 hours before going to the next plan. or you may have a schedule of three to for plans for tomorrow so there should be at-least 1 or 2 hours between the each plan schedule.

Forth, Prioritize your plans; 

always set priorities on you plans and always start with the plans which are of high priority and always set enough time for them.

Fifth, Always set enough time for each plan; 

Don't under estimate your plan always set a reasonable amount of time for each plan. Its better to finish before time than to find yourself passing the deadline goals.

Fifth, Arrange your plans in a logical order;

This is where your to do list, task planner or similar application become very useful. arrange you plans with there time, and Most of the application will help you prioritize the plans and arrange them logically according to date and time.

Sixth, Breaking large plans into small achievable plans;

If you have a very big plan try to breakdown the plan into small plans and logically arrange those plans in order. this will enable you to systematic go through your big plan more easly.
