How to build self confidence | confidence booster



Before we get to know they ways which you can use to build or boost your confidence, first, lets first ask ourselves what is confidence?

Confidence is generally described as a state of being certain either that a hypothesis or prediction is correct or that a chosen course of action is the best or most effective.

so its about certainity. So being confident is to be certain. This means all the things you you do, say, show, feel and believe  should be certain. That's when you say your confident of yourself.

So, when you feel your not confident that means your not certain of what you present to others.

The following are tips to help you boost your self confidence.

1. Be certain of your appearance

The way you dress has a great impact on your confidence level. Always wear nice cloths which fit you and make you look and feel awesome. And also, always dress appropriately always put on the right cloths for each occasion.

2. Be certain of your body posture (body language).

Always walking straight with the chin pointing forward is seen to be more confident than walking with your face looking down.

3. Be certain of your voice.

 A confident person is always certain that when he/she talks everybody will pay attention and listen. So always speak clearly in the appropriate tone. Don't speak with a very low tone is a sign of lack of confidence.

4. Be certain of your body

Here am talking about appearance and energy. Some people are not confident of their bodies maybe they are too fat or too skinny. But one thing you can be certain of about your body is that your body is the only asset that no one can take it from you until your dead. So why not put it in a good shape which will male you energetic and more confident. If your can take your car for repair and maintenance why not your precious body?!!

5. Be certain of achievements

Always set goals and make sure you achieve them. Let's say its like winning everytime you archive your goal you become more confident. Take an example of a boxing player who always win, he becomes more confident that then one who always losses. So, set same goals daily and make sure you achieve them, it will help to boost your confidence. Or you can take challenges and overcome them.

6. Be certain of your actions.

 be rational of your action. Don't do something which your not certain of it, you will end up loading and your confidence level will nose dive. So always take action on the things which you can handle...ok! What about the things which are out of your abilities? Ask for help. Admitting that your not good on something or you don't know something will help you preserve your confidence and at the same time having the opportunity to learn about it in the process.
