We all have morning routines which some are good and some are bad. All in all your morning routine determines how your day will be. A bad morning routine always reduces your efficiency Through the day.

The morning is an important part of the day. A healthy and productive morning will set the tone for a productive day overall, so make sure to take your morning routine seriously. I want to suggest to you a morning routine which will improve your life.

1. Wake up early.




waking up early reduces stress level. When you rise early, it eliminates the need to rush in the morning. Make sure you wake up before sun light. I usually wake up at 4:30 a.m
You can then start your day on an optimistic note and such positivity often stays with you throughout the day. Early risers often go to bed early. So forget about snooze button.

2. Visualize your day.





Take time to visualize Through all the tasks and activities of the day. This will help you to build a good mind set and increase your productivity.

3. Make your bed.





Always keep your bed smart and clean, and the best time to do it as soon as you set your foot off the

bed. This has helped me a lot not to get the feeling of going back to bed.

4. Stay hydrated.




Taking one glass of water in the morning is good for your healthy. For me I usually take two to three glass, this depends on the weather condition.

5. Exercise.




Spend at least 30 minutes to stretch and exercise your body. You can do more than the 30 minutes
depends on how you plan your routine but exercises will keep you energetic and active Through out the day.

6. Stay clean and smart.




Take care of your body cleanliness and then the cleanliness of your room. Keep all the things in your room well organized and clean. And also don't forget to take a shower and brush your teeth this will keep you away from body odor. Nobody likes to smell bad or be around a person who smells like rotten eggs.

7.Take a good breakfast.



Breakfast also the most important meal of the day, so don't skip your breakfast and try to eat healthily. I recommend you to use organic foodstuff than the processed junk food. If you can't take care of your health, I don't think you can take care of anything or anyone.

8. Be on time.





This is also so important in your morning routine. Make sure you are always 5 minutes early for your
the first schedule of the day.
