How to deal with a stressing situation
Stress is primarily a physical response. When stressed, the body thinks it is under attack and switches to 'fight or flight' mode.

It always happen your in that stressing situation and you don't know how to deal with it n the right way. These stressing situation can happen any where such as at work, at home and in public places. We may feel stress because of poor communication, too much work and everyday hassles like standing in line


Here are tips to help you deal with a stressing situation.

  • Take a couple of deep breath. This will help you to relax



  • Avoiding or walking away from the stressing environment



  • Always be on time. It will help you avoid to be stressed when your late, so set your watch 10 minutes ahead.



  • Deal with a single task instead of multi tasking. For example when dealing with a big task, break it into small sub tasks and deal with single task at once.



  • Avoid over crowded area. These can be an over crowded room or even a high traffic roads. this will help you to stay relaxed.



  • Stay clean and smart. Take a bath and brush you teeth atleast twice a day. Been dirty and having a bad smell is very stressing especial when socializing with your people.



  • Take a walk. its a great way to reduce stress, It works for me hope it will work for you too.



  • Say sorry. Its a small word but it will help you deal with the problem which you have caused which gives you stress.



  • Smile and hug your loved ones'.
